It has become part of my week I have come to look forward to and definitely notice if I miss a session.
Suffering from chronic pain I have found the infrared sauna to be beneficial particularly after exercise to aid with recovery.
Natasha, is professional and welcoming and I am always made to feel comfortable at Kardia Skin & Body. I would highly recommend her services. -

I found Kardia Skin and Body when I was looking for infrared sauna treatment to help with detox and healing and they are the most comfortable, relaxing saunas I have ever experienced. Natasha is so friendly and makes you feel so special each visit. Highly recommend!

(September 4, 2018, 12:23 pm)I stumbled across Natasha when I was searching for places that did microneedling, I found Natasha through her Instagram and her website and since then I have never looked back! I have been going to Kardia Skin and Body to do microneedling and I promise you’ll never find a more welcoming, safe and professional environment like this. Natasha is knowledgeable, knows exactly what she is talking about and takes extreme time and care with all of her clients individually. I will never turn to anyone else for anything skin related ever again. There is something about Kardia Skin and Body that makes it easy to be confident and at peace that she will make you feel as beautiful and comfortable in your own skin as you’d hope, Natasha and her business really does stand out to any other clinic and I would 100% recommend her before any other place!

Having heard a lot about the benefits over the years owner Natasha invited me in to try and most recently again took the time to explain via a live feed to my followers and clients exactly why everyone should embrace the sauna to support good health! Natasha's passion for all things health and beauty clearly shines through and she takes great pride in presenting such a beautiful and welcoming space for you to kick back, relax and rejuvenate! I highly recommend anyone in Perth goes to see Natasha at Kardia! C xx
