(May 29, 2018, 2:42 am)I have trained with Physical Aimz fitness for over 9 years and still going. In this time I've had babies and returned to regain my fitness, completed half marathons, enjoyed numerous boot camps and have never done the same training session twice.
Physical Aimz is the place to go for well educated trainers, well planned sessions, good advice, motivation and enjoyable classes with a friendly and happy vibe. -
