Great historical information and loads of carriages with such great audio and visual displays throughout. To top it off the cafe serves a delicious Devonshire tea!
What a great spot to go. Visited a couple of times during the school holidays and our 5 year old loved it. As well as some awesome exhibits for adults its also entertaining for the younger ones. The science displays encourage questions while the activities ( gymnastics golfing etc) exercise the body. Afterwards we had a very enjoyable coffee and cold drinks. Well worth a visit at anytime.
Wonderful collection. Very suitable for students and children in the holidays with special programs running for them. Well worth a look for any age group.
Very good and interesting displays if interested in the Bush and Transport of the Australian continent. It took 30 days to transport goods from Roma to Brisbane Harbour! And the simple bush life and the coaches displayed here including the costs! Very well done, small museum, but worth the time and visit including fees and food and resraurant. Will come again one day, when in Toowoomba. Camping at the showgrounds for 25 AUD / night.
A really interesting place to visit with all items on show been given a lot of information and the history behind each peice fully explained. The on site cafe was first class not only for service but also the selection of food and drinks. A visit I would recommend to anyone especially if you are English..
