Yoga at Thrive has been so restorative. I find the teacher Chelsea to be very helpful with her communication on how to do certain positions while being pregnant. I have had one on one sessions with her also to make me feel more confident in the classes. She is a very patient and well rounded yoga teacher, thank you.
Absolutely loving Chelsea's yoga classes, each class brings something different, at first I kept to the nurture and nourish classes because they were a little slower and I was new to yoga, but I'm enjoying all of them, even the yoga strong. Chelsea is so inspiring and accommodating, and pushed me out of my comfort zone a little this morning in our private session (highly recommend doing a few of those) but it was absolutely worth it, feeling so energised and refreshed! Chelsea is a such an amazing yoga instructor! I felt so safe and comfortable in her space. With her clear and gentle guidance, I was able to move through poses with ease and grace! I fully recommend Chelsea at Thrive Yoga & Fitness, no matter what stage you’re at in your yoga journey!
I have been following Chelsea from Thrive Yoga and Fitness for some time now, and I won't go back to another teacher. Her way of explaining is clear and really makes the whole experience soothing and relaxing while also feeling the good burn 😎 would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in getting into yoga or advancing your skills.
