(February 7, 2019, 8:57 pm)Ive done extensive research into all the products available and This is by far the best water system available on the market. My partner introduced me to biopure 7yrs ago and i havent looked back, we take our system everywhere we move and clayton from biopure is the man to do this. Biopure also do the annual filter check and change, which i assumed every company would do until recently When i purchased a place with a different water system in it. My parents considered having it installed in their place so i called the company it belonged to, they had little idea how their system works ‘we just sell it’, couldnt give any advice on how to install and expected me to find a plumber to install it- or perhaps myself! Then I realised it didnt even have a WaterMark certification meaning its not approved for installation in australia!!! The biopure systems are made to last and to filter the water to its purest form, enabling the highest quality water to enter the most important system- your body. Clayton is EXTREMELY knowledgeable not just with his product but about why pure water is so important to the body, the reason why water has to be filtered and how it should be filtered. I cant rate biopure enough thank you clayton and christian for offering such an amazing product to the market. My health has never been so good as it is now and I attribute the water i drink because of this- will not give my family any other water now. On top of all this service is second to none. The guys are kind and knowledgeable and with take the time to explain everything to you. Do not fall into the trap of saving $ for A less effective system with inferior materials (like the old system i still have sitting in my garage about to be chucked out!) you really do get what you pay for.

(November 30, 2018, 10:07 pm)Our dealings with both Christian and Clayton have been nothing but friendly, professional and courteous. Clayton also sorted out our mess of connecting hoses under our kitchen sink and gave us good advise in an unhurried way. Big thumbs up!

(October 2, 2018, 2:06 am)After doing enormous amount of research online for a new reverse osmosis water filter system, I found a huge variation in pricing and different unknown brands. I decided to speak to someone in person and found Christian a wealth of knowledge and info. Thank you very much for recommending such a brilliant system for my family to enjoy healthy, clean water. I would like to also thank Clayton who installed my system, you were an absolute perfectionist and treated our home like it was his own. He even gave our existing tap mixer a nice clean :) Thank you to the entire Bio Pure team. Absolute fantastic service and value.

I am greatly impressed the quality of professional service they offer. They also fixed and issue with my existing water tap. Highly recommended!
