  Great bunch of guys here. Bought my new bike today. And while I was at it, they did some urgent adjustments on my wife's bike which would have stopped her from being able to ride.

  Came in late before Christmas looking desperately for a kids bike for my girl and the guys in the shop were great, very understanding and managed to get me a bike out just before Christmas. Such a lovely team and all incredibly personable, will be back next time I'm looking for a bike!

  Seven Stars, if I could! I left all the bike stores full of arrogant/disinterested staff on The Gold Coast, and came all the way to this outlet in Brisbane. The best bicycles shop, lovely staff (especially Mr. Richie), most varied range of bicycles, and the most reasonable and economical prices. I am hooked for life, as is my family. My only recommendation is THIS shop.

  Service was fantastic, offered assistance as soon as we walked in . Left us to it when we said we were just looking and mentioned just grab one of us if you need assistance or if we had any questions. Upon leaving the same gentleman gave us a run down of a few products that suited our needs and we were happy to go ahead with the purchase and he was happy and friendly the whole time ! We will be back for sure after the service and experience we received. We cannot fault this store and the professional and friendly service.
