  We had a great couple of days at Sutherland Downs last month. The space was perfect for all of our team to spread out and get some work done before taking advantage of all the games and extras that the property has on offer. You couldn't ask for a better spot, with beaches, hikes and restaurants nearby, while still feeling nice and secluded. Will definitely be back.

  Absolutely beautiful property. We were welcomed by the 2 resident ponies, an incredible view and the home was perfectly presented. Each room is very spacious with plenty of comfy beds/sofa beds to cater for large groups. The owners have done a wonderful job in making sure that the house is well-catered - coffee machine, games room, lawn games, choices of seating areas, large dining table for dinner parties, etc. We will be back!

  Recently stayed at Sutherland Downs Retreat for the weekend. It's a gorgeous large home on a beautiful property. Lots of space for a group or large family getaway. This home has everything to make a stay in any weather very comfortable, for all ages. A huge games room, a pool and a driving range are some of the fun things to do at this property. There's also beautiful views and walks around the property.
  It's close to Bluey's shops and some awesome surf beaches a short drive away. Highly recommended and looking forward to my next trip up there.

  Stayed for a weekend surf trip with mates. House is spacious, clean and comfortable. Outlook is stunning and property is beautiful. Games room is a great touch, as is the coffee machine. Handy to beaches and far enough away to chill in private. Highly recommended - we will be back

  Beautiful property with everything you could want for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
  The owners have done a wonderful job with setting the property up. The attention to detail is impressive and the home has everything you could want for a perfect holiday, very comfortable.
  There is plenty to do at the property, a pool, driving range, games room, fire pit or do nothing at all and just take in the view and listen to the birds.
  Close to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Make sure you visit Boomerang and Blueys for a swim or a surf.
  Can’t wait to go back.
