  After 3 months of visits to my GP , 4 lots of antibiotics , ear drops, ears syringed, night and day decongestant tablets , ear drops and inhalations my nose and ears were still blocked. The headaches were always present and debilitating.
  So.. a letter box drop with the information for skin and salt therapy was timely. I had taken my 3 year old grandaughter to salt therapy for croup when she was younger in Newcastle . I had seen the benefits for her.
  I had my first session at Skin and Salt Therapy a week ago. 30 mins after leaving my nasal passages were clear for the first time in 3 months. I could breathe!
  So today i am attending my 3rd session and will have 2 more booked in.
  To be able to spend time in such a clean and relaxing room with beautiful music for 45 minutes has also reduced tension and stress. The attention to ensure that your session is of benefit to your individual needs is wonderful
