Heather at Simple as Pi Yoga has such a mindful approach that anyone would feel comfortable in her class. Tonight's class was just beautiful. I was hyped coming straight from work, but Heather's calm and peaceful start to the session allowed me to relax quickly and get the most out of it. It was thoroughly enjoyable.
