Where the good and simple populace of our great metropolis come together to forget their toil and witness the spectacle of manly feats. What a joy to shuffle slowly forward like a giant snake with my countrymen; how liberating to kick aside the fast food packaging littering the terraces, and to hear the earthy banter and belching belly laughs of my inebriated brethren. Nothing brings me greater joy then to help push and squeeze that last big gent into a carriage before hurtling away cheek by jowl in the breathy atmosphere of our fine municipal transportation , or to stand shoulder to shoulder with sturdy comrades at the urinals, the aroma of fine ale and hardworking trades-folk permeating the air.

(February 18, 2019, 12:25 am)Cycled to the cafe on a Saturday morning. The cafe is on the first floor. I used the steps, but there is a lift.
The place was clean and the staff friendly. The iced coffee and cake were good too. Some lovely views if you sit by the windows.
There are very few signs for the cafe. It would be MUCH busier if people knew about it. -

Being a Melbourne girl I am super jealous after attending a football game here that everyone who is a Dockers or West Coast supporter can enjoy these fabulous facilities. What a view too! Even if you're not a sporting fan I would recommend coming here for the experience. Great place for travelers to experience Australian sport and Perth.

(January 24, 2019, 12:54 pm)Optus Stadium is a world class venue, and it serves Perth well to have it. It even looks great. It's laid out well, with everything people need for food, drinks, and amenities. The surrounding area around the stadium is very nice too. And the train line close by provides a great service getting to and from the venue. Definitely a great place for many great events in the years to come.

(December 28, 2018, 7:43 am)Fantastic venue. Easy to get in and out. We were on level 5, western end, in row 2 and the view was fab. Not sure if row one was available for tickets. It may have restricted viewing due to the glass barrier. (As seen in photo). Food and drink areas are numerous as are the toilets. No hassles getting access to any of them. Brilliant.
