Crif Dogs Speakeasy. To get to PDT, walk down the four steps into Crif Dogs. Along the dive's left wall, you'll find a wooden phone booth from the 1940s. Enter the camera-installed booth, pick up the phone and press the button. While drinking at the bar, patrons can order food from Crif's kitchen. Surprisingly the pairing is rather tasty ...
Crif Dogs is New York hot dog stand serving creative dogs that have their own unique personalities (just like New Yorkers). It has everything you love about the city and more. It's Frankly the Best.
Please Don't Tell: Very cool hidden bar inside a phone booth in a hotdog shop - See 486 traveler reviews, 277 candid photos, and great deals for New York City, NY, at Tripadvisor.
The experience of stumbling across a hidden gem in your town, or even the level of difficulty accessing it, can make the hang out spot even more special. It gives you that exclusive "if you know, you know" vibe, and in Birmingham, Alabama, one such spot exists, but you'll have to find it first. Hidden inside a Dr. Who-inspired Tardis telephone booth, you'll find The Marble Ring speakeasy.
Please Don't Tell is an award winning New York City cocktail bar hidden behind the phone booth in famed East Village hot dog joint, Crif Dogs.
PDT (it stands for Please Don't Tell), this popular bar, is something of an oddity, a cocktail lounge affixed to Crif Dogs, an East Village hot dog joint. You gain entry through a vintage phone box within Crif and enter a too-cool-for-school speakeasy-style space.
Finding Your Way Into PDT. The entrance to PDT is located inside Crif Dogs, an East Village hot dog establishment that serves up some of the most interesting combinations of ingredients that you could ever want on your wiener. However, in true speakeasy fashion, the only way to access PDT is through a secret phone booth entrance inside the hot dog joint.
