Inspired Movement studio is a beautiful space where anyone at any level is welcome, pursuing self development, physicality and overcoming fears in the comfort of close friends. The training method we use has reignited my spark for training and opened my mind up in so many ways. If you're thinking about trying it out, just give it a shot. I couldn't recommend Inspired Movement highly enough. Worse case scenario - you make some friends...

As a beginner I couldn't have asked for more. A very welcoming environment with lovely people and staff. Sam is an absolute pro who leads with a wealth of knowledge and a calm, friendly manner. The variety and the sense of progress keep you inspired to return each session. Looking forward to my next one in the morning.
Sam provides a holistic and balanced training methodology founded on principles from different training styles. The studio is well-equipped and comfortable, attracting like-minded people resulting in a positive training experience. As a physiotherapist; I would highly recommend Sam's approach to providing graded exercises to suit each body and each mindset. Sam's formal anatomy and physiology training is evident in how he tailors his exercises. Once you start you will become hooked. Thanks Sam!

Having personally stemmed from an acrobatic/dance background, I was amazed how knowledgeable and beneficial Sam's creative training programs re-inspired and strengthened my own specialized area of fitness. You can never know too much!

Movement. Our Movement class incorporates locomotion, rings, handstands, squatting, pressing, pulling, core and mobility work. Each day targets a different facet of strength.
Timetable We run the same class during each time slot, so you'll be getting the same great training no matter what time you come. There are some unique classes through the week, for that extra focus on skill work like Handstands.
