  Good catalogue specials, but most of the fruit and veg lately has been cheaper at the supermarket. I would go late at night next time as its usually busy and not enough checkouts during the day

  Best and cheapest fresh meat, fruit, milk, and bulk frozen. Some fruits are stored too long which reduces quality but I haven't had this lately.
  
  I do the bulk of my healthy shops here, and am able to buy the beat fresh and frozen range and at good or cheap prices. The dry grocery range has some specials and is just convenient. The dry/canned grocery section is the cheapest place to buy bulk or commercial quantities if you hunt around.
  
  We tend to enjoy great quality bulk meats that we can bulk cook, or cut and freeze for super cheap prices. Can't afford steak otherwise! This place helped our family grow up healthy on a tight budget.

  Its not just about the prices its family and families look after the working blokes ,and they'll look after you ,24hrs more jobs, fruit and veg grown themselves or as much as possible more jobs come on lets get behind the families that look after families good on ya tony should be more hard working like you giving it a go and fighting for common sense.

  Good place to shop for many common items... especially fruit n veggies at good prices. Checkouts usually quick as well and plenty of parking
