2 reviews of NewSoftwares "I bought this software about a month ago. I paid $29.95 although I see it is now advertised for $39.95. It definitely locks the file. The problem is that it does not unlock the file. I tried repeatedly. I then contacted support (who I purchased it from which is a credit card service). They immediately forwarded me to Michelle Rossevelt at the company NewSoftwares.
