  Such a nice and calm environment to get your hair done. Jordan knows what she is talking about and has a great eye for detail. Jordan knows the best colour and style for your look so you stay looking Chic and fabulous. I recommend everyone getting their hair styled at J&CO.

  I gave a brutally honest review after my haircut and a 1 star, but now that I’ve calmed down, im upgrading to a 3 star because I think my inexperience of cutting techniques and her expertise as a hairdresser crossed our communication lines into a tangled mess. If after showing her the photo of what I wanted, I had trusted more and interfered less, it might have turned out better. Either that or I would have gotten a worse haircut. I’m not sure.
  
  Communication didn’t go well. And she seemed easily offended and impatient. She went ahead and lobbed off a huge piece of hair next to my face when I said I wanted a small strand of hair cut without telling me the size she was going to chop. She also used the razor on my hair, which I would have liked to be asked first because I generally don’t like that look on my hair.
  
  I will need to get my hair re-cut to fix this haircut. But she did offer to not charge me. I paid because I value her time and fair is fair even if I’m not happy with the outcome.
  
  I have wavy hair. And I ended up with a bit of a mullet, which is not the look I’m going for.
