(September 4, 2018, 12:37 pm)Mandy's Deli has been part of Maylands for a over three decades. Sitting on the corner of Guildford Rd and Seventh Av, it can be easily identified when driving by. The cakes are delicious, especially my personal favourite, the lemon meringue. Tick for food and drinks. But the shop does need some cleaning and renovating. The green is iconic in Maylands, but the green is also very dirty looking. Overall, the food is what matters and deserves a descent score.

(July 13, 2018, 6:31 am)Frank and family have run this place for years, homemade coffee,cakes and hot food are really tasty and well priced. Great place to grab your milk, bread or bait from without the hassle of parking etc at the supermarket. One of the last true family Milkbars in Perth.
