Richard has an excellent communication with a top class hospitality attitude. Its a fun and active type of activities, we tried the watertubing.
Communication: text message to provide an alternative of timing for a better condition, clear explanation of other available activities and clear safety briefings
Hospitality: welcoming, smile and chill for a request
Suggestions:
We hope in the future the vicinity has a public shower room for the watertubing folks and more attractions ie atv, horsing, or motorbike riding
