There's no place better, than the Little House on the Hill! The frame is made from treated 2 x 4's and 2 x 6's I had in my shed, bolted together with 3/8 lag screws and carriage bolts. Dont skimp on this step, the frame must be very strong to support the dynamic loads of the spinner and chicken carcass.
