(July 1, 2018, 9:13 am)A very big thank you to Bec, who helped me out big time today when I arrived with some issues with my glasses. It turns out that my frames had been adjusted too many times and the coating had been damaged. Bec tried to get the same frame from other Spec savers stores in the area but found that the frame was discontinued. Not willing to give up, Bec looked through the stock in the store and found a very similar frame in shape and size; she was able to take the lenses out of my frames and fit them in to the similar frame with a fair bit of fiddling........ Again thank you so much for all your efforts on my behalf!!!!!!

(April 15, 2017, 9:06 am)I recently purchased a standard pair of reading glasses and a pair of bifocals with quite a few top of the range upgrades at a considerable extra cost. No problems with the reading glasses but couldn't cope with the bifocals. The problem wasn't cause by a faulty prescription but was due to my inability to adjust to the loss of peripheral vision (apparently a common problem with bifocals).
Despite Specsavers Wodonga Plaza doing a "remake" by adjusting certain variables at no further cost to me, I still wasn't comfortable with the product.
However, true to the advertised "three month customer satisfaction promise", Specsavers accepted the return of the bifocals and a very satisfactory price adjustment was made to me.
Well done Specsavers Wodonga Plaza. This is a business with complete integrity.
