  Seen to very promptly. The radiographer was polite and pleasant and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way, but the receptionist I interacted with when i arrived looked as miserable as all get up and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but where she was which was most unprofessional indeed.

  They've got the equipment and things worked... Had a cortisone injection into the back there but it didn't work for me. Cool process and they were professional etc.
  
  Hard to say a lot about a radiology service, it's a place you go because you have to. Certainly they've been fine for me though!

  Paul and his assistant ( can't recall her name :/ ) did my mri, they were extremely friendly, they both showed great concern for a patients comfort which was great. Took time to explain everything step by step... Even for something small, such as placing padding under my wrist and explaining why it needed to be there). 5stars
  
  However the administration staff would do well to smile at least once when talking to a patient...
  They had the (what do you want) attitude on their face from the word go. I felt like I had done something horribly wrong by them. Funny thing is by chance I sat next to another patient who felt the same and said to me and I quote "not very happy bunch are they" -2 stars
