(May 13, 2023)I would like to thank the professional staff we encountered at PPCC on our recent visit and follow-up appointments. Communications were clear in all departments, service was excellent and timely considering they were busy that evening. Staff explained the wait time would be close to 90 minutes and called around to see if another clinic close-by would provide a faster service. They were apologetic for the delay. We were happy to wait in the clean and comfortable facilities. Dr Cathleen Ventura was able to fast track a referral to the on site radiography department, prior to it closing at 8pm. We received x-rays and a plaster cast within the 90 minutes. I would also like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Holly, Heshan, Singh, Dr Boddupalli and Dr Mukundan. So very grateful, thank you.

(May 3, 2023)I visited for the first time last week with an accute injury. I had called 3 Gp clinics to get an appointment with no luck, then a friend told me about this service. You can book online or walk in. Honestly couldn't have gotten better quicker more professional care anywhere. The Dr was super thorough, I was sent off for scans and it was ALL BULK BILLED ! Highly recommended if you need care that's not quite critical hospital level.

(April 22, 2023)Great alternative to ED! Directed here after hours by maternal health nurse for our baby. We were seen efficiently, had a thorough catch up with dr and given a thorough discharge summary for GP for future. If this wasn’t available we would have definitely been in ED.

(April 11, 2023)Excellent service that really helps to take pressure of EDs. Triage nurse and doctor that attended to us were friendly and professional. Am very grateful they made our medical issue less stressful than having to go to an emergency dept.

(April 1, 2023)My son received stitches for a head wound he was seen quickly and the staff were very helpful.Much better than going to a hospital.
