It was in 1923 the name was changed to "Pinsent" and set about making the hotel the place to stay in Wangaratta. The Pinsent still stands today as an iconic heritage building offering accommodation, hearty meals, a bar, TAB facilities and also a Thirsty camel bottle shop.
