I recently went to pick up a prescription from Rowlands pharmacy, Crookhorn. Initially, they denied all knowledge of it requiring me to visit the surgery to confirm it had been produced. It then transpired that Rowlands pharmacy were "having difficulty getting one of the items" and had sat on it for a week, without bothering to notify me.
