  Well, I should said this, for staff I give five stars, coz they friendly and helpful. But for car wash, I may give only 3 stars. I found they didn’t wash my car perfectly. Like the photo I post that still got some dirty parts especially on the right hand side. As a regular customer of Magic Car wash I should said this is not good and my regular Magic in Adelaide can do perfectly with same service and price. Hope you guys do better.

  Simply outstanding! As someone who has both a 20 year old and a brand new car, I can say with absolute certainty that every car is treated with the same care and attention, no matter the age or condition. Fast, skilled and happy workers, exceptional customer service and lovely waiting room to boot. Very happy and can’t rate them high enough. You won’t be disappointed.

  After feeling like I had tried every car
  wash in Melbourne and was never completely happy with the result, I did some research and decided to try Magic Hand Car Wash North Melbourne. Just went there for the second time today and it is completely worth the half an hour drive it takes me to get there! Can definitely say that it is the best car wash in Melbourne. The service is incredible and both washes I have driven out feeling like I have a brand new car! The staff are really friendly, helpful go above and beyond. Gabriel ask questions and ensures you are completely satisfied with the service. He also adds in extra services for no extra cost. The added bonus is the cafe/waiting area which has great coffee and is really clean and comfortable and even has free wifi! If I could rate this service 10 stars I would! If you are looking to get your car washed this is the place to come!

  I have been coming to Magic Hand Carwash North Melbourne for over 3 years and I can honestly say it is the best car wash in Melbourne. I would drive an hour just to have my car washed here. The service is outstanding. Gabriel and his staff are amazing they always go over and above to ensure that the experience exceeds 5 stars.
