Inquiry At Work: The Work of Byron Katie with Karen Munro - Coun

I took a four week teleclass on "Exploring your fears of the Helpline eCourse" with Karen. It was a great class and I would recommend it to anybody in the certification program! I particularly liked how Karen was guiding the popcorn style facilitation, going deeper at moments with individual participants. And I very much enjoyed and benefited from my one-on-one session with her.

After meeting Karen Monroe & having 1 session I knew Karen is more than a certified facilitator of the work she is passionate activist to guide me to my greater yet to be. I felt a incredible shift. So I committed myself to Karen's 28 day program doing the work everyday.
Karen took me on a journey to my past where my inner child was hiding & hurt & required help. By help I mean love & acceptance thus allowing me to free many negative aspects of myself & remove negative belief's, thoughts & feeling's. After 28 day's my reality has changed I am of higher vibration & I now have much less restriction in my thoughts & feelings allowing me to choose my experience with far less chatter. I now have commited to another 28 days of Karen's guidance with the work. Her depth and commitment is truly life changing and recommend her to all who are interested to bringing themselves back to themselves & reclaiming the love we were all ordained to believe, think & feel.

I did the "mother webinar" with Karen over a period of a month (4x,1x/week) and in the last session I had a huge break through. I was and am able to feel on a very deep level that I do love my mother and that love itself brought me back into my heart to be able to "reconnect". I can't put it into words what a big relief it is.........Karen is a brilliant listener and out of her wisdom are coming the right questions at the right time.
