"Love your Mumma Body". Ashley McBey. The focus of my postnatal training sessions isn't to only get your pre-baby body back, it's to help you recover and adapt to your new life!
That's why Mumma Body Coaching has a safe space set up for your children to play while you train! This children's area has toys for all ages, and a TV equipped with Netflix to keep the kids entertained. There are no fees to use this, and you can feel comfortable knowing your child is nearby.
