  Amazing room, amazing service!.
  Didnt want to leave, the king bedn is to die for. So comfy!! Great view of the lake. Very relaxing. Already planning when we are coming back!

  Attended a party at the conference room. Meals were amazing and service was top notch. Would consider having an event here in the future.

  The motel is very well positioned - directly opposite Victoria Park lake and only a short walk to central Shepparton shops & restaurants. The room itself was clean, and the bed comfortable with surprisingly good pillows. I didn't love the shower - although it had great water pressure and heat the open design results in water going all over the floor. The room has very basic breakfast facilities. There's a toaster & kettle, with cups, mugs and teaspoons, but no other plates or cutlery.
