1 word....AMAZING!! After toying with the idea of joining a gym but not finding 1 that felt right for me, I came across U CAN 2. From the very first visit I knew I had found the right place....I was met with an awesome team of trainers who have made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked through the door! Their no nonsense approach, friendly & approachable attitudes, vast knowledge of all things nutrition and their ongoing support is second to none... their passion, willingness to help and fun personalities are what puts this gym above the rest. I can not recommend the team at U CAN 2 enough... thank you for all that you provide, and for all that you are, and mostly for the friendship! You guys are the best!!
