    This really is a no frills hotel that is very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds (and pillows!). Great location. Very friendly staff. Price is very affordable.
    If you are wanting to be a minimalist and not be overwhelmed by boutique stylish faff, this is your place.

    Basic, clean and affordable accommodation. Rooms are quite old but comfortable and clean and central to Geelong township and Eastern Beach. Happy to see there is a microwaveable in the room as well as dinner plates etc. Don't forget to say hello to Cookie to the owners dog wandering the property :

    Located on the highway which is very noisy at night... rooms are clean so hard a good stay

    Nice clean and comfortable. Good beds friendly staff definately worth a quick stop over. Will come back for sure.
