Overall, Canyon make solid bikes, although from an engineers point of view, there are a couple of things that Canyon's weak point is their Customer Service. As a Direct to Consumer organisation this is one area they need to Regards Darryl Moliere Market Manager Canyon Australia & New Zealand.
