  Staff absolutely lovely. Housekeeping could be improved. They only left one towel for two of us and didn't replenish the tea, coffee and milk

  Fabulous property. I travel extensively and this hotel is my pick every time when working in Bendigo. Restaurant has recently opened and the menu range is wonderful even when staying several nights in a row. Conferencing facilities are brand new and the rooms are exceptionally well appointed. Staff are a credit to the venue.

  The reception and restaurant staff here are super friendly. Rooms are big clean and modern. Extremely happy and would stay again if ever back in Bendigo. Highly recommended.

  Good and not so good. Location is great, rooms clean and tidy and staff were very welcoming but we experienced very noisy people staying at the motel and the information on the after hours number wasn't completely clear. It stated for Urgent Assistance Only. Our interpretation was for something like a major maintenance issue etc. Not for an annoying situation. Our bad I suppose for not calling the number but at 12am we didn't want to be responsible for waking someone up when we weren't entirely sure. The other issue was that the pillows were so thick and hard we couldn't get comfortable. My friend put up with it and I ended up using a folded up towel. At $180 I thought I'd get a better pillow and a better night sleep. I did suggest to staff to have one of each in each room. Thick and firm and a thinner and softer one. That way they could cater to all people. The thing that bugged me most was that when I provided the feedback I was thanked for the information, was told it would be passed on and instructed that I should have called the after hours number. Great customer service would have either offered a part refund for the inconvenience or offered something like a 10% discount on next stay, something to encourage us to come back. As it is I won't be returning to this motel.
