  The worlds fastest and most friendly service I have ever had.
  Today I walked in filled out the forms, had an X-ray the total visit time was about 12 minutes.
  
  I can’t believe they were so fast and extremely efficient.

  I read the negative reviews of this clinic and I wonder if I attended the same one. 59 Beach road, yes? Anyway let me share my brief experience.
  
  Today, I had two diagnostic procedures undertaken. One was a CT, the other an Ultrasound. Both were performed by separate technicians. I also interacted with all 3 reception staff.
  
  I found both technicians to be professional, informed and very competent. I found all reception staff to be competent, easy to deal with and efficient.
  
  The first procedure commenced 5 min after the scheduled time. Not bad considering the small waiting room was almost full. By the time the first procedure was complete, the waiting room was virtually empty. This is proof of the efficiency, standards and training that all staff follow.
  
  I'm a calm and patient man, a professional myself, I understand that occasionally despite best efforts, not everything goes to plan.
  
  I also understand that while my medical conditions are very special and feel very unique to me, they are extremely common and the same technicians and reception staff probably saw another 10 people today with the exact same requests.
  
  Because I am aware of this fact, I don't feel that I'm entitled to unique or special attention, despite how important my condition is to me. I do expect professional and efficient practices to be followed at all times and that is exactly what I experienced and witnessed at Capital Radiology, 59 Beach Road Frankston today.
