St. Vincent de Paul Society This group provides limited financial assistance to the poor and needy in our Norfolk area. St. Vincent de Paul meets from 1:30-3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday every week. They are closed on holidays and the 1st Monday of every month. A board meeting is scheduled for the 1st Monday of every month at 12:00 noon.
