Helen and the team were fantastic with our son. They engaged with him on the first visit and made him feel super comfortable. When he had to go have surgery, they produced a.social story book explaining the day which really helped to prepare him. Post surgery he was back to his old self in no time. Thanks Helen and co!
Helen had a great rapport with my teenage daughter on our first appointment. It was a miracle that Helen was able to check her teeth and remove some plaque without my daughter jumping out of the dentist chair. I've tried many dentist without any success. I felt comfortable with Helen and her staff. I felt reassured and relaxed knowing they've seen it all and know how to manage the situation. Highly recommend this dental clinic for special needs teenagers.
The staff at WSND are always so patient caring and helpfully. I wish we had found them years ago. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Helen and your team for everything
I am so happy I found this dentist for my son. The environment was calm and relaxed. Helen and her team are vey experienced and there was great customer service from booking the appointment to the end of the treatment. Much better than going to one of the special needs dental clinics in a big hospital. I highly recommend!
First time taking my daughter to the dentist and I’m so pleased how well it went. The team at Western Special Needs Dentistry are so welcoming, professional and work extremely well with children. My daughter usually has anxiety with new people however this was not the case today. Very happy. Highly recommend to anyone or children with Special Needs.
