Great Service From Decor Planet (October 2021) Just ordered a toilet and high end vanity from Decor Planet. Salesperson was super helpful. Delivery was within a week for the toilet and two weeks for the vanity (in the middle of supply chain issues). This was exactly what the estimate was when I ordered. Toilet and vanity were packed extremely well.

There are way better businesses. And this wasn't or didn't have anything due to Covid or fulfilment issues. This was all due to handling and lack there of, including giving information to the shipping carriers. Which they stated that info, my address, was wrongly given to them, by DecorPlanet.

DecorPlanet.com review: Be very careful of this company. Decorplanet carries some really modern and stylish vanities, sinks, toilets, etc. Beats the bog standard home depot/lowes fixtures. However, their service and willingness to stand behind what they sell is awful. We bought a toilet, a vanity, sink, faucet and a shower set.
