I can't speak highly enough about Rod. I'd been suffering from a persistent calf injury that a number of physios at other clinics mistreated. Rod accurately diagnosed and treated the injury, and he really took the time to explain both how it occurred and how best to manage it moving forwards. Finally, he gave me a practical rehab plan that has gotten me back up and running again. Highly recommend!

By far the best Physio I’ve seen , Peter Shahid is so kind and insightful ! He has helped me understand my condition, and has helped me get my body moving again, after a years worth of seeing specialist and not being able to do much , I’ve been at Physio for a month and I’m feeling more myself than I have in a long while, I would highly recommend !!
I originally came to Platinum Physiotherapy with a lumbar facet joint issue.
The physiotherapists including Jennifer and Holly were fantastic during the acute phase and subsequently managed my back rehabilitation with great success.
Since then, I’ve continued Pilates regularly and have bought a reformer table.
In the meantime, Peter Shahid has been a great coach for me.
I’m looking to ski and the exercise regime he has created has been focussed on making my next skiing time really high quality.
He’s a real task master but the exercises are awesome and make a massive difference to my back and core.
As a GP, I would recommend these guys for any musculoskeletal issues
