I studied art as a subject through my senior school years. A pencil or brush were not touched for 45 years after school. Once my children were adults and my work committments reduced I had the great pleasure of botanical illusration lessons at the Royal Botannical Gardens Melbourne with Dianne Emmery, one of our most distinguished botanical artists.
