  Thank you so much to Dean and Jai,
  There store was closed due to the covid19 , my glasses from another optometrist broke, they met me at the Bridge Mall store where I was able to organise to have new glasses made , they have arrived today, I couldn’t be more happy.Thank you so much for taking the time to help me, wonderful customer service.

  I walked into this SpecSavers store last Tuesday with foreign objects in my eye....I was in quite a lot of pain. I would like to share my experience as I was treated like Royalty. Sherrie, the Practice Manager, could not have been more warm, welcoming, efficient and concerned. I am still raving to other people of my experience. The three optometrists who assisted me were amazing in their technique and experience....thankyou Julia, Mathew and John. As things were I had to attend the Emergency Department at the Ballarat Hospital and stay in town overnight but Sherrie was ringing me the following morning to see how I was. I cannot praise the staff of SpecSavers Ballarat enough.....my goodness, such service, such kindness.....I am so very grateful......thank you thank you thank you.

  Had an appointment today approx 4pm. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed warmly.
  Everyone is so nice, and go above and beyond for their customers! Everything was so quick and easy. Thank you so much for all your help.
  Thank you all for your kindness, understanding and explanation of contact lenses. Can not recommend highly enough! You guys are the best!!!

  My eye pressure got quite high in the morning. Peter McNulty chose to see me without appointment due to the urgency of the situation. The prescribed eye drops had quickly brought down the eye pressure. I am so grateful for the help Peter has provided. it prevented my optic nerves from being permanently damaged that would have occurred otherwise if actions not taken immediately. Thank you so much.   First time getting glasses, the staff were polite and helpful and explained my private health extras clearly. Also OPSM had written my prescription incorrectly resulting in my glasses being made not as I needed, spec savers re-tested my eyes, identified the problem and fixed my glasses free of charge, I also went back to have the fit adjusted and they did this free of charge. Also much cheaper than OPSM.
