  Lovely people had tea coffee sugar and milk all ready all beds made and towels fresh house is a beautiful 1800 building with all the mod cons but still keeping its character

  This is a lovely place to stay either with or without pets. It is an Edwardian style house with three separate bedrooms, two with Queen sized beds, and the third has a Queen and a Single bed. It's in a reasonably quiet street and was very quiet here overnight. The backyard is fully enclosed, so it's great for kids or pets. Pets are allowed in the house but are not to be left unsupervised (fair enough). There is single lock-up off street parking in the garage out the back (with electric roller door). We managed to fit our Landcruiser in the garage but it is a bit tight turning in through the door. There is also ample street parking available.
  The house is well appointed, and everything you could need has been thought of. It is clean and fairly well maintained for an older house, and despite being pet friendly, it shows no signs of pet hair or smells.
  We stayed here in summer with high 30's days, so we didn't try out the central heating. Being an older un-insulated house, it got hot, but the airconditioner in the lounge kept the front of the house reasonably cool. The main bedroom has a ceiling sweep fan, plus a pedestal fan is provided. There's lockable security screen doors on the front a back, so you can open up the house of a night.
  All in all we were happy and comfortable here, and enjoyed our stay, together with our dog.

  My partner and I were satisfied during our stay in this house. It's pet friendly and it has secured backyard for our pet dog which is very important for us. The house is well maintained and comfortable to stay in. Very easy to make a booking with the owners, highly recommended for short or long stay.
  I could give them 5 star only if the kitchen pantry has some more to offer which is not a big deal though. ????
