Serving fresh, local fish and seafood Doo-Lishus is literally a caravan in a car park! Approximately 50mins drive south-east of Hobart we headed down to Doo-Lishus with bubba and the in-laws for a day trip and in need of some tasty, fresh fish. We were not disappointed.

Located in the car park of Pirates Bay Blowhole at Eaglehawk Neck, Doo-Lishus follows the town's theme, even though they are a food truck rather than a standalone building, serving up delicious seafood dishes as well as Ice Cream! If you're in the area, Doo-Lishus is definitely worth a drop by, even if its just for their fresh oysters.
