(February 1, 2017, 8:20 am)I have had bursitis in my right shoulder for 3 months and wanting to heal it myself not the conventional way. One practitioner helped a little yet after seeing Jennifer and doing exercises after 1 week my shoulder has improved immensely I now have mobility without constant gripping pain. I am free of pain 90% of the time....and I'm so happy it's fantastic! Thank you Jennifer for your individual focus and your tailored programme :) Trish

Her ability to explain and teach Pilates made my experience not only beneficial but really interesting. Her relaxed open manner made me feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Jen teaches Pilates classes that present a brilliant balance of physical challenge and mindfulness. I highly recommend Provence Pilates to everyone , as a clear way to learn how your body is working !
