  After spending almost 2 years battling an injury that was stopping most of the enjoyment I previously got from exercise, I came across Leap Health Rosny, specifically Mark Pennington.
  
  I had previously visited a podiatrist, osteopath, physiotherapist, orthopaedic surgeon, orthotic practitioner for this issue, but was really at a loose end for getting back to fitness, as my condition was in fact getting worse and affecting even gentle walking.
  
  Mark completed an assessment on me, outlining what he believed were the likely barriers stopping my recovery and how the approach needed to change for me to recover. Mark took the time educating me in detail about how the body functioned and how I could treat myself and learn to listen to my body. He actually said that in doing his job properly, he would to teach my how to get better and stay better so that I didn’t have to see him regularly – which was a very refreshing approach!
  
  I’m now back to doing the exercise I want to do most, without pain and I’m almost back to where I was strength wise. I cannot recommend Mark and Leap Health enough, and have already referred friends and family to him with similarly glowing reports.
