The walk has no steps and is wheelchair friendly - this walk is an ideal opportunity for those unable or climb or walk long distances to experience the Tasmanian wilderness. Pine Lake is located app. 30 kilometres south of Deloraine on the Lake Highway. It is a small lake located only a few hundred metres from the highway.

Hiking Pine Lake. Walk along a gentle road-to-trail conversion along beautiful old growth groves to a placid lake deep in the Lower Skokomish Valley. The trail follows closely with Pine Creek, which you may be able to hear from the trail. The shore of the lake is a lovely spot to stop and relax, with grassy areas and logs to sit on.
