The Ratho Farm Golf Links were first laid out and enjoyed by the pioneering Reid family, who emigrated from Scotland and settled Ratho in 1822. It is Australia's oldest golf course, and the oldest remaining outside of Scotland.
The rambling old homestead at Ratho Farm golf course has been transformed into fabulous boutique accommodation. The same family has owned this place for generations, and their convict-built outbuildings host 20 rooms, all with different configurations.
Ratho Farm Golf provides 18 holes of challenging inland links style golf. The Ratho Farm Golf Links were first laid out and enjoyed by the pioneering Reid family who emigrated from Leith in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1822 and set up Ratho on the outskirts of Bothwell.
