(February 23, 2019, 9:40 am)My partner and I had dinner here tonight, we were pleasantly surprised by the serving size and the freshness. The fish and chips are the traditional style but with extra flavour, the salad blew us both away, so many different flavours to hit our taste buds! We will be back again!

(February 19, 2019, 10:44 pm)Here is a classic case of taking something that worked great and making it less great. The original owners had a wide variety on the menu for both eat-in and take-away - if you wanted just an extra piece of fish with no chips, you could have it. The new establishment has a limited menu, everything is $17 - no matter what it is (fish, chips & salad) and don't try asking for just a piece of fish. I ordered 5 meals (flake & chips) and only needed some flake for my 85yr old Mother - the answer, "oh, I can't do that, but I can give you a meal without the salad." (??) The salad is what she would eat, but not the chips. The owners here need to understand that fish and chips on a punt, on a wharf is not elisted, nor fine-dining. They need to broaden their menu, offer a range of prices as well as breaking down their menu for additional items - the upside...the flake pieces were a good size, cooked well and tasted fresh. Too many chips - none of us finished them all, and the salad - well it may as well have not been there. Needs a rethink methinks...

(February 9, 2019, 8:11 am)Take away Thai Calamari Salad was delicious. Great flavors in the Calamari and the salad was fresh and crisp. A big meal, very enjoyable.
