Taco Quetzalcoatl's feels a lot like a friend's kitchen. This is no wonder - the small eatery was spawned from neighbourly taco parties held in the garage of Mexican-born owner and head chef Margarita Galindo Gallardo. The atmosphere of a home gathering survived the move to this unassuming space in Salisbury.
For so many years it's been near impossible to find the type of Mexican food they actually eat in Mexico but fortunately there has been a small boom in genuine Mexican food in Adelaide and it doesn't get much better than Taco Quetzalcoatl's.
