The ones that are there are helpful but close to closing time if you have rushed in from work the service is non existing and staff seem aloof. Some are fantastic and preempted invoice, delivery and discount Otherwise the place has a good inventory and prices are competitive.

(November 3, 2018, 9:01 pm)This store has everything you could need except good service. It is very hard to get someone to assist you. They seem to be understaffed in this regard. The only time you can easily get assistance is late on a Thursday night. Some of the sales staff are there just to make a sale. Disappointing especially when you've asked specific questions, been given the answers and get your appliance home to find it didn't do what you wanted. Also, if you don't take out their additional warranty cover, they are totally not interested if you call up with a problem, even if it is 2 days after a big purchase. Was told in no uncertain terms to call the manufacturer as it wasn't there problem. If I'd taken out extra cover, they should be able to assist me. Also, they quite often don't even answer the phone. It can take several attempts to get someone to answer. A place as large as this, with such slow service, definitely needs a public toilet. I'm only giving three stars because of their huge range of products. Everything else would be a half star
