    Great gym with excellent facilities and equipment. All of the Trend team are lovely and polite, trainers are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Well done Holly and Steve for creating such a great environment for everyone of all fitness levels to come get fit, healthy and strong.

    Best gym in the Seaford area. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Owners are positive and friendly, staff are helpful, and even though I'm in the 'mature aged' category, I feel comfortable and like I belong. Thanks Holly and Steve
