(March 15, 2019, 8:30 am)Chicken is soft even when I told them to make the crunchy-skin chicken to me when ordering. They agreed but then gave me the soft one (just grab some from the heater as usual). When I asked for more crunchy immediately after receiving, the staff just came in and out them into the oil (I thought that because when she was back, all I got were the oily chicken after she gave back to me). The staff was rude, too.
Updated: problems solved! The owners called me and explained that the original pieces couldn't have the scripy skins due to the way they are cooked. And then told me that the wicked wing is the only dish could have scripy skin. It's sound reasonable. And I have tried the wicked wings today, Amazing!!! 4 star now just because of the staff was rude at that time.
