    Came in to get annual service done. Great customer service from reception lady and also Josh, I can already tell the difference with driving. They didn’t even charge for wheel alignment (which I thought that it was needed). Great price, great service.

    Thank you Pickerings Service Centre. I had an unsolved problem from another dealership.
    One of the Hyundai Customer Care staff said that your service area is well run.
    The staff member who answered your phone left me feeling reassured it would be worth the risk of another lost day in time and travel to give Pickerings the chance to correct the issue with my bluetooth that had never worked since new.
    The technician performed a factory reset with slight improvement.
    When I used the bluetooth & found there was still too much background 'whooshing', Teagan patiently persisted with me. She let me try different phones and had someone drive around the block in my vehicle so I could hear.
    I then wanted to see what it 'should' sound like in the same model vehicle. Teagan arranged to have a vehicle brought over from the sales area.
    From this troubleshooting, we discovered that it was simply a faulty head unit and the technician kindly and efficiently replaced it within minutes, saving me another trip back.
    A simple faulty part replaced and my problem solved.
    I am so grateful to have this fixed after getting a poor response elsewhere previously. I was starting to doubt my purchase and can now go back to enjoying all that the car offers, along with it's working bluetooth
